CACE is not a treatment center but an education center, not a research organization but a counseling organization. Among our many unique attributes that enable us to perform a special role in the fight against cancer are the following:

• CACE charges no fee for service. It provides counseling on cancer prevention and treatment options on a donation basis.

• CACE counselors are exquisitely sensitive to the individual, multiple needs of its cancer patients.

• CACE has autonomy on medical issues and is able to provide unbiased counsel based on independent research and over 25 years of experience working with cancer patients.

• CACE focuses on primary prevention of cancer through lifestyle education, not just early detection.

• CACE is able to communicate with the medical and oncology community as well as with the non-traditional cancer treatment world; it has successfully bridged the gap that exists between these two groups of resources.

• CACE assists its patients in coping with information overload as they attempt to manage their cancer experience.
